James Pearce has offered an update on what the next steps are that have been taken by Liverpool on his Twitter account.The Premier League, FA, EFL and WSL have decided that professional football in England will be haulted until 4th April, as confirmed on the Premier League’s official website.Due to the pandemic that has led to this being the case, Liverpool have suspended their training at Melwood, giving their players individual programmes that can help them maintain their fitness during this period.

The Reds will be keen to get their hands on the Premier League trophy as quickly as possible, considering they are currently 25 points ahead of second-placed Manchester City.
While they will now need to wait longer than expected, the hope will be that this plan of action can keep those involved with the club both fit and healthy in the meantime.
