Celtic face an important transfer window this summer as they look to keep hold of key players and add quality to the squad in order to continue their domestic dominance.

Jordon Ibe is reportedly one player on the club’s shopping list, according to Football Insider, with the winger likely keen for a fresh start after struggling to make an impact at Bournemouth.

It is believed the 24-year-old is willing to accept a wage cut too, as he is currently being paid £40,000 a week to turn out for the Cherries.

He has only made four appearances this season but the £15m it cost for Bournemouth to sign him from Liverpool suggests he is a talented player, and that is why some Celtic supporters are encouraged by the transfer link.

Ibe certainly has a lot to prove after the last few seasons. His career has undoubtedly declined and he has failed to live up to expectations.
